About Me:
bhakta, mother, friend, oracle, teacher, dancer, healer, poet, lightworker, moon and north node in pisces, cancer rising… more water than earth really… lunar… lunatic? eternal child… fool… wise woman, celibate, sushi-lover, addiction to dark chocolate and strong coffee as main vice, swedish, bilingual, gradually more practical which is just as well as i was born a daydreamer… lover of poetry, massive consumer of esoteric literature, sun-worshipper, in the process of figuring out what I should do about the vision I received in September last year… trusting the guidance…
The other day i discovered that i could fix my broken bike all by myself… without getting frustrated, feeling helpless or swearing even once! This is probably my biggest spiritual breakthrough this year :)

Some Poems by Rumi:
The minute I heard my first love story,
I started looking for you, not knowing
how blind that was.
Lovers don't finally meet somewhere,
they're in each other all along.
I have phrases and whole pages memorized,
but nothing can be told of love.
You must wait until you and I
are living together.
In the conversation we'll have
then…be patient…then.
When the sweet glance of my true love caught my eyes,
Like alchemy, it transformed my copper-like soul.
I searched for Him with a thousand hands,
He stretched out His arms and clutched my feet.
Let the lover be disgraceful, crazy,
absentminded. Someone sober
will worry about things going badly.
Let the lover be.
Your love lifts my soul from the body to the sky
And you lift me up out of the two worlds.
I want your sun to reach my raindrops,
So your heat can raise my soul upward like a cloud.

And I'll finish with my absolute favourite:
This is love: to fly toward a secret sky,
to cause a hundred veils to fall each moment.
First, to let go of life.
In the end, to take a step without feet;
to regard this world as invisible,
and to disregard what appears to be the self.
Heart, I said, what a gift it has been
to enter this circle of lovers,
to see beyond seeing itself,
to reach and feel within the breast.
